Life has
it twist and turns, we are always are on a winding road, no destination just
the journey and then the end one day. But on the way we gather some memories
good and bad, people good and bad, experiences good and bad. But one day when
we look back we either say my life has been good or bad. And that conclusion is
not dependent on the count of good memories, people or experiences
exceeding the bad ones but depends entirely on which one we choose to remember
and cherish. And which one we choose to remember depends on our attitude and
outlook to life in general.
Positivity grows by believing that everything is going to be
alright no matter what. The bad times won't last forever and the good ones will
come soon but if we continue to think in the same direction and also add that
eventually the good times would last too and the bad ones would be back again;
well then, you have grown too wise for your own good. And that means you need
some foolishness and silliness in your life. Before we turn to full blown
cynics we need to get some silly people in our lives and by silly I mean people
who don't take everything so seriously and can find the humour in most dull
situations.
Silly
people keep life interesting and lively, don't mistake them for fools they are
people with high acumen but just don't prefer to flaunt it to the world. In my
books they make for the biggest success stories of life. I had
the privilege of being around such a wonderfully silly person and she
left me with the will to look forward to all the happy times life has to offer.
I have only her to thank for, for not letting me turn to cynic just yet.
Glad to read this!!
